WCL is committed to training, developing and empowering individuals, organizations and institutions with relevant tools to take ownership of their career advancement and organizational. Our focus is on strengthening of individuals, corporate organizations and institutions capacities through promotion value based changes, developing professional competencies, and fostering learning in order to be more effective and efficient in accomplishing their goals goals. Transfer of skills is built into our approach. We accompany the organization in the planning and implementation of capacity building and provide follow up support throughout the process.
